Mentorship Program
We have developed our own method for mentoring. This program that will assist our youth using positive role models that is business and/or professional men and women that are willing to teach and train our children using our method. These mentors must live, work or operate businesses in the communities, which our youth live.
Mentoring is giving back
Teaching our youth using our method:
Teaching boys and girls how to become responsible men and women according to the reading and teaching of the word of God.
Helping our youth to resist the pressures of their environment based on the guidance of the scriptures. Using positive words as reinforcement to up
lift one another, using the power of prayer to battle negative attitude and/or behavior. Teaching our children to be come positive role models in the
environment in which they live.
Education:
Instilling the important of a sound education is part of solution to our drop out rate.
Reaching out to the parents of these at risk youth to encourage them to support their children at events that bring parents and child together.
Education through sports and other extra curriculum will help keep our children active and focus in school while
giving them the willingness to embrace there academic obligation.
P2P mentoring focus on helping our youth to become responsible for one another in time of disparity creating positive influence keeping each other strong. The reason behind P2P is to make each youth responsible for each other. By placing responsible youth to help the less responsible youth and to help them become more responsible is the P2p way.
